General Information You should have received a message which included your Instructor Agreement(s) for the course you are teaching. You can also download it here. You will also need to download the Instructor Expense Report Form. Please sign the Instructor Agreement and return it to ATI as soon as possible. Keep the Expense Form for turning in receipts after your course has been presented. Remember, the sooner these forms are returned to us the sooner we can pay you!
